为了增强少先队员的参与意识、民主意识、竞争意识，选出最优秀的少先队员担任大队委员，给每一位少先队员提供一个展示的舞台，一个成长的空间，充分展示少先队员的风采。2019月10月21日下午，兰州万华中加学校举行了新一届少先队大队委换届就职活动。本次竞选活动坚持“公平、公开、公正”的原则，为每一位有上进心的少先队员提供了发展个性、施展才能的平台。
In order to enhance the young pioneers' sense of participation, democracy and competition, the best young pioneers will be selected as the young pioneer leaders, providing a stage for each young pioneer to present themselves, as well as a space for their growth, so that they could set a good example for us by their commendable characteristics. On the afternoon of October 21, 2019, Lanzhou Wanhua Concord College of Sino-Canadian held the the reelection and inauguration activity of the new young pioneer leaders. This election campaign adheres to the principle of "Fairness, Openness and Justice" and meanwhile provides a platform for every ambitious young pioneer to develop their personality and display their talents.

秉承公开、公平、公正的原则，经过自我推荐、班级预选、中队辅导员老师的推荐、学生代表投票等环节，15位队员脱颖而出。在竞选过程中，他们用语言阐述了对少先队大队委职责的独到见解，展示了自己对少先队工作的那份热情，用行动展现了对岗位胜任的能力，表达了对做好工作的决心。

A new Young Pioneers Committee will be formed to train students for independent management from an early age, to improve their working ability, and to inspire their determination and courage to be the school's small master. It is a precious experience for young pioneers both as candidates and participants, and all of them will certainly have their own special harvests. It is believed that this kind of activity will help our young pioneers grow better and maturer.
