08:00-08:30 Bus picking up and departure for Suzhou
08:30- 10:00 arriving at Suzhou after 1.5-hour bus drive
10:00- 12:00 Visit Mt. Yangshan National Forest Park, mountain hiking, enjoy the forest scenery and fresh air
12:00- 13:30 Drive to hotspring resort with 10mins and enjoy lunch at resort with local fresh food
13:30 –17:00 Enjoy your outdoor hotspring in different functional pools, refresh your body and mind , foot/body massage is available with extra fee in the resort.
17:30 -19:00 Back to Shanghai

Small backpack, outdoor hiking shoes, swimming suit for hotspring, some snacks on bus, other personal stuffs.
The organizer will offer limited mineral water and first aid kit.
